I spent the first two decades of my Christian life afraid of disappointing God. I was trying to be a good servant and live a good life so God would be happy with me. During my own journey as a World Racer, God revealed how deeply He loves me, and that His desire is to actually partner with me in this life.
This changed everything for me!
I've spent the last nine years partnering with God through the World Race, to help others awaken to how much their Father loves them and the great adventure of living and loving like Jesus. I can't wait to see what God has in store for you on your World Race journey.

Tim and I met in 1983 at Southwestern Baptist Seminary and have been married for 35 years, 34 of them happy. (Year 13 was a pistol!)
Over the years Tim has pastored two Southern Baptist churches while I stayed involved in youth and women's ministry. In 2012 it was clear that God was calling us away from our church home on the outskirts of Montgomery, Alabama. It was a very sad time for all of us!
Tim and I had learned over the years that when asking God for more we should expect a period of pruning... and of waiting. During this time of transition, the youngest of our three grown sons went on the World Race, which the Lord used to usher us into our next season. We have been World Race coaches for years and also have the privilege of being part of the leadership team for the World Race as a whole.
We love the opportunity to help people grow in their understanding of life with God, His Kingdom, and the fact that every single day, life is ministry and ministry is life!

Talitha and I met and got married in bible school. Though it seems like yesterday, we have been married 29 years. During that time we raised 4 daughters. We have also been privileged to serve God's Kingdom as pastors of a local church. We started in our native South Africa, but over the past 20 years Wichita, Kansas has been our home and place of ministry. During all of these times, hard or easy, our Father has shown us His love, and we have fallen hopelessly in love with Him.

Hi, I'm Katie! I am married to a great man, Robbie, and we have a little girl named Noa. I am the Ministry Programs Executive Assistant, which means that I help leadership at AIM reach key objectives with excellence so that our programs are constantly improving. My husband and I said Yes to the Lord in an adventure of a lifetime by going on the World Race in July 2015. During our trip we started to grasp what it truly meant to say Yes to the Lord in every situation, both big and small. We moved to Gainesville, GA in July 2016 after returning from the World Race in May. I have a heart for teaching others how to steward the Lords money well, as well as discipleship of women as they seek to know the Lord further through their own stories. I love getting to watch people walk into freedom in the Lord and am truly blessed to get to be apart of that in any way. I also really love traveling, coffee and flowers, just sayin'. :)
