I thought I was a Christian, but when I was 19 my view of everything (Jesus, the Bible, Church, Christianity) came tumbling down. I found myself angry and confused as I questioned what I had been told all my life. Little did I know I was on the path to making my faith my own. I spent the next few years figuring out who God was and what I believed. By the time I was 21, I decided Jesus was the answer. Since then, God has taken me from the slums of India to the mountains of Africa. He's transformed my heart, strengthened my faith, and given me purpose beyond myself. My story has given me a passion for the next generation because I know firsthand how influential those first few years out of high school are. I can't wait for you to join us on this journey!

I grew up in a Conservative Jewish household being taught about the God of Israel, and living out the traditions of the Jewish faith. I denied and rejected Jesus as Messiah throughout my childhood whenever the gospel was shared with me, and I was shocked at 17 when I had a radical encounter with Jesus, realizing He really is Messiah; still alive today, and Savior for all. The next 4 years was an incredibly disorienting and defining time of life for me. I went to college, I found sin and numbness in places I never imagined I'd go to find such things, and I learned what conviction, repentance, and being a disciple of Jesus Christ really offered me -- new life. Real life. My personal experiences and wrestle with faith during these developmental years has given me passion and perseverance to guide others through these transformative years as well. I can think of no better way to live my life than to be a disciple who makes disciples. I'm excited and honored to be a part of this faith journey with you!

We live in the panhandle of Florida, loving the heat! We have 3 children, 19, 17, and 15. Traveling would be our full time job if we had no limitations, aka responsibilities, lol! Pouring into young adults is a passion for us. We enjoy children's/student ministry, leading short-term mission trips, staff trainings, and producing programs highlighting students gifts and talents. Shaun is an independent business owner and Colleen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. We have found fulfillment working with students in group homes, providing marriage enrichment for couples, and counseling in the areas of anxiety, depression and substance abuse. In our eyes it's simple: Love God, Love Others. We are so excited to bring our experience and compassion to the Coaching team!

Begin your journey in Costa Rica, where misty volcanoes stand guard over bustling San Jose, home to our Adventures in Missions base. Or you might do community projects in slums devastated by gang violence and poverty. As you grow in your spiritual gifts through weekly teachings from our base staff, walk out your faith by showing this pura vida nation the true source of Life.

Our mission is to partner with kingdom-minded ministries, form well-established relationships with current ministries, and advance leadership skills through discipleship with squads or short-term teams who come stay with us. We focus on the power of Christ and how He wants to work in each of our lives each day and create a high emphasis on listening to His voice, creating a teachable environment, and prioritizing servant leadership.

Everyone who comes to Quito, Ecuador and spends a night at Casa Blanca is impacted by Fabi and Mabe for their generous hospitality and how they demonstrate Christ’s love.
