Reflections on Leadership: Lessons Learned as a World Racer

Leadership is a journey, not a destination. This truth became increasingly clear to me during my time as a World Racer. The World Race challenges participants to step out of their comfort zones, engage with diverse cultures, and serve communities in need. Throughout this transformative journey, I learned invaluable lessons about leadership through following, spiritual growth, humility, service, logistics, team maintenance, and empathy.

Spiritual Growth: Leading with Faith

One of the foundational aspects of leadership I discovered on the World Race is the importance of spiritual growth. Leading others requires a deep, personal connection with God.
