World Race Coaches

Help disciple the next generation of passionate followers of Jesus!

World Race Coaches are volunteer couples who have raised children and have the life experience, spiritual maturity, emotional health, and time flexibility to invest in World Racers. They leverage their lifelong walk with Jesus to provide perspective, wisdom and spiritual oversight for the young adults on the squad and leadership team. Coaches model what it looks like to live a spirit-filled life as a healthy member and contributor in a Christ-centered community.

While travel and lodging expenses for Coaches are typically covered by AIM,
Coaches do invest significant time and energy each week into their co-leaders and Racers.

Typical responsibilities for a Coach include:

  • Discipling, encouraging and supporting their young adult co-leaders.
  • Developing relationships with Racers that allow for spiritual encouragement and challenge.
  • Partnering with the leadership team to plan, execute, and participate in training and debriefs for the squad. Training Camp (approx one week in Gainesville, GA)
