Ciudad Refugio
Meet Pastor Douglas Calvano! Ciudad Refugio was created in response to the growing population of people living with addiction and in homelessness on the streets in the early 90s. Pastor Calvano built a place that now serves as a rehabilitation and recovery center, homeless shelter, church, bakery, children's ministry, feeding program, prison ministry, and so much more. We partner alongside Douglas, Rebekah, Harry and all the amazing Ciudad Refugio staff to help them accomplish their vision of restoring the people of Medellin.
