Personal Development Plan
We begin by connecting students with mentors. Mentors lead them in compiling an inventory of students’ assets and in understanding and documenting student interests. The Japanese call this your ikigai. Then we compile a draft of a Four-Year Plan and a more detailed Semester Plan. We will take a fresh look at this at the end of each semester, compiling a new Semester Plan and revising the Four-Year Plan.
