July 23rd Update – Back To Where It Started
Today marked our official last full day together! In the morning, we shared our last words with each other, which consisted of saying what we love about each other and even a beautifully composed poem. Afterwards, we all headed to the bus stop to catch our train to Rome, which we miraculously made with three minutes to spare. Upon arriving in Rome, the group decided to head off into the city to take in the last day in Italy. Some of our group grabbed affogatos, while others headed to see the beautiful Trevi Fountain. Of course, we had to eat pizza or pasta on our last night, so we sat down to enjoy the delicious Italian cuisine. Lastly, we grabbed gelato and joined karaoke night at our hostel.
